1. Admission & Tickets

• 1.1 Admission tickets are valid only for the date specified and must be presented on entry.

• 1.2 Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

• 1.3 Discounted tickets, group packages and promotional offers must be purchased in advance and are not available at the turnstiles.

• 1.4 Kilbeggan Racecourse reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate.

• 2.1 All race meetings and events are subject to change or cancellation due to weather, safety, or circumstances beyond our control.

• 2.1 Kilbeggan Racecourse is not responsible for costs incurred due to changes or cancellations.

• 2.3 Race times, runners and race conditions are governed by Horse Racing Ireland and the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board.

3. Betting

• 3.1 Betting is conducted by authorised Tote operators and licensed bookmakers only.

• 3.1.1 Kilbeggan Racecourse is not responsible for betting transactions, losses, or disputes.

• 3.1.2 Betting vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing operator.

4. Alcohol & Behaviour

• 4.1 Alcohol may only be purchased by persons aged 18 or over. Valid photo ID may be required.

• 4.2 Intoxicated or disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated.

• 4.3 Management reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol or remove individuals from the premises.

5. Safety & Liability

• 5.1 Attendees enter the racecourse at their own risk.

• 5.2 Kilbeggan Racecourse accepts no liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or property, except where required by law.

• 5.3 Visitors must follow all safety signage, steward instructions and racecourse regulations at all times.

• 5.4 Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

6. Photography & Media

• 6.1 By entering the racecourse, visitors consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded for promotional, broadcast or archival purposes.

• 6.2 Images and footage may be used by Kilbeggan Racecourse and its partners without compensation.

7. Accessibility

• 7.1 Kilbeggan Racecourse aims to provide accessible facilities for all visitors.

• 7.2 Please contact the racecourse office in advance if you require specific assistance on race day.

8. Food & Drink

• 8.1 Food and drink purchased on site must be consumed within designated areas.

• 8.2 No outside alcohol may be brought onto the racecourse.

9. Vehicles & Parking

• 9.1 Car parking is provided at the owner’s risk.

• 9.2 Kilbeggan Racecourse accepts no responsibility for damage, theft or loss involving vehicles or their contents.

10. Hospitality & Marquee Bookings

• 10.1 Hospitality and marquee bookings must be confirmed in advance and are subject to availability.

• 10.2 Additional terms may apply to corporate hospitality, private suites and marquee packages.

11. General

• 11.1 Kilbeggan Racecourse reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• 11.2 These Terms & Conditions are governed by Irish law.
